Baby Shower Gift Set

What a cute Gift Box, Notebook and Card to give with your gift at your next Baby Shower Party.  The new Mother To Be will just love the pastel tones and having a gorgeous box (once gift is removed) to save all her Baby Shower Cards and Tags, not to mention a handy notebook for her handbag / nappy bag, to record all of Baby’s first’s that often occur when you are out and about.

Anniversary Card in A Box

I know, everyone who's anyone is making a Card in A Box........blogland is being flooded with them.....LOL, I must admit, now that I have made one, I don't think I will make another.
Don't get me wrong, they are quite easy to make and look lovely, but they aren't quite my taste in cards.

So here's the one I made, an Anniversary Card in A Box.

I used the SAB Embossing folder on the flaps instead of DSP like everyone else seems to be doing.
I do love how it turned out, and I think it's great to try all sorts of craft projects, even the ones you end up not liking.....LOL, or course you may love making these and I think that's great too!

You're Lovely 60th Birthday

I haven't made one of these Lace Ribbon Punch cards since the punch retired (LOL, can you tell, the sides don't quite line up!)......they really are a lovely card and just what I needed when asked to make a 60th Birthday Card.

I've used the new In Colors Crisp Cantaloupe and Baked Brown Sugar - such a sweet combo.

A close up showing some Pearls for that bling touch, and my favourite ribbon!

The stamp is of course another from the Exclusive FREE items for Sale-A-Bration. There are a lot of wonderful cards out there using this stamp, a great one to have in your stash.

Easter Blessings

I showed you the Notebooks I made using the Blessed Easter stamp, and now I will show you the Easter card I made.....LOL, it is after all an Easter stamp!

This time I have used the Crisp Cantaloupe markers for the flowers and have used the new Decorative Dots Embossing Folder which is an Exclusive FREE Sale-A-Bration item.

The card stock and ribbon being Pool Party and Oval matt being Soft Sky, it has a lovely soft co-ordinated look to it.

I actually made this card first and as I was assembling it was thinking how nice it would look on the front of a notebook!

I have my paper crafting mojo back at the moment and have created a few different cards and projects to share with you over the next few weeks. I love it when we have new products to play with!

Blessed shades of Pink Notebooks!

Having a play with the new Blessed Easter stamp - love how these notebooks have turned out.

I also did up a matching pen to go with each one.

Primrose Petals

 Strawberry Slush

Raspberry Ripple

I think the Raspberry Ripple is my favourite one, just nudging out the Strawberry Slush!
I have a couple of family birthdays coming up that these would be perfect for!

Don't worry, I have actually made an Easter card with the stamp as well which I will show you next post.

“Remember This” 2014 Mixed Media Canvas

Some people jot New Year’s resolutions on a piece of paper, but this project demonstrates a creative way to keep specific goals in sight.  Although this project features the designer’s resolutions of being happy, creating the kind of life that she wants, and remembering kind gestures toward others, it will be easy to customize your canvas to reflect your goals and resolutions.  This tutorial also features a coordinating card and envelope.
